Captain Vegetal favours, wherever possible, a constructive and proportionate resolution of complaints.

The resolution may take the form of a dialogue with the parties concerned, the implementation of internal corrective measures, the adaptation of practices or processes, or any other action deemed appropriate in view of the nature of the report.

Where necessary, Captain Vegetal may seek the opinion or the intervention of competent internal or external parties in order to facilitate a fair resolution, while respecting confidentiality and the legitimate interests of stakeholders.
Response to complaints and communication with stakeholders

Captain Vegetal ensures the follow-up of complaints filed by stakeholders in a transparent and proportionate manner.

Where the complaint is deemed admissible, the company informs the complainant of the various stages of the handling process, of the progress of the analysis and of the measures implemented, and confirms the closure of the file once a solution has been provided.

Where the complaint is not considered admissible, Captain Vegetal provides the complainant with a justification explaining the reasons for this decision.
